We hold space for grounding, emotional release, and regenerative stillness. You settle in, the lights come down, and projection washes the room while live frequencies move through you. A sound collective built on depth, presence, and expertise, holding space for healing, clarity, and growth.

Doors at 7:00, the bath runs 7:30 to 8:30. No need to arrive early, we have a comfortable spot for everyone. Come as you are and bring a friend who could use the reset.
The space
Studio 121, Casket Arts.
We gather in Studio 121 at the Casket Arts Building in Northeast Minneapolis. There are twenty-four padded floor spots, three anti-gravity chaises, and two yoga hammocks. Bring an eye mask, a small pillow, and a thin blanket, and dress in comfortable attire.

The collective
Held by a Minneapolis sound collective.
Sessions are guided by Josh Sundby, alongside Shelly Mosman, Reid Kruger, and Lisa Leonard. Gongs, sound bowls, chimes, and energy work, with guided meditation by Josh. We collaborate with practitioners who bring depth, presence, and expertise to every session we hold.

- What is a sound bath? An hour lying down while live frequencies, breath, and light move through you. Nothing to do but rest and receive.
- What should I bring? An eye mask, a small pillow, and a thin blanket. Wear comfortable attire.
- Where do I park? Use the lot on Jefferson Ave and look for the big glass garage door at the Casket Arts Building.
- Do I need experience? None at all. All are welcome, and the door stays open.
